How I work

I’ve spent a lot of time exploring the backroads of Northern California, and it’s given me the space to think through my approach to being a good Creative Director. Leading design teams and managing brands that matter can be complicated, and it always takes commitment to a short list of non-negotiables:

  • Lead with humanity, design with empathy

  • Design a better tomorrow by taking action today

  • Act with integrity, make no exceptions

  • Tackle hard problems in service of user-focused solutions

What I do

It’s simple, I do the hard version of creative leadership:

  • building taste, not chasing trends

  • making brand work, not just look good

  • translating between executives, engineers, marketers, and designers without losing the soul of the idea

That kind of earned experience takes time and is built on innate talent, and it cannot be replaced by someone who recently learned Figma shortcuts and growth acronyms.
